marshallyin: Japanese Course subdivided into the 5 JLPT Levels, complete to the N1 level and has a quiz feature. It covers kanji, vocabulary, and grammar as well.
samidori: Course by Kyoto University, covers up until the intermediate level. Contains mainly grammar lessons but also includes a bit of reading and listening.
irodori: Course by The Japan Foundation, v. comprehensive and covers the A2 Level. They're subdivided into praactical, situational sections and cover vocabulary, conversation, speaking, and application of learnings.
Renshuu: Various lessons of different levels, kind of gamified and also comes with different vocabulary games!
Erin's Challenge: Learn japanese through different skits, focuses on language, culture, onomatopeia

KameSame: Learn vocab and kanji in four different ways, good for all levels.

Youglish: Site where you can enter a word and it looks up a video from youtube using that word! May be useful for finding example spoken sentences and practicing proper pronunciation of words.
yourei.jp: Searchable Database of example sentences in Japanese!
Weblio: Japanese to English dictionary, also has example sentences
Ichi.moe: Sentence analyzer, paste in a sentence and japanese and it'll provide dictionary definitions for all the words included
